This machine adopts variable pole adjustable speed motor, a motor seat disc, spindle, flexible rubber couplings are assembled together to form a grinding head, armrest, annular lever, a guide rod, a guide sleeve, a counterweight and a fulcrum lever type suspension system. The grinding head is mounted on the suspension system, so that the grinding head can move up and down.
